7 Tides Estates in collaboration with Khan Estates UK based group has constructed the Pentagon Food Group warehouses. It has been constructed while keeping in mind the basic needs of a food storage.
SUPER STORAGE
One of our premium projects is the construction of Self Storage facility consisting of about 300 self storage units of different sizes starting from 16 sq ft to 900 sq ft. This state-of-the-art super storage is extremely secure and weather proof.
CROMWELL COURT
Cromwell Court has been constructed while promoting the idea of shared accommodation. Khan Estates has constructed the building while keeping in mind all the minute details. Also, there is a facility of shared kitchen and shared laundry to make your student life easy.
FRESHWAYS
Freshways Cash and Carry has been constructed under the supervision of 7 Tides Estates. The building possesses well organized racks, temperature-controlled units, and spacious car parking.
ONE 84 THE BOULEVARD
ONE 84 The Boulevard is a commercial building marketed and constructed by 7 Tides Estates. It is located at the heart of Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The building is designed by skilled architects and engineers and possess every luxurious facility that one wishes for.
Pentagon Foods Pakistan Warehouse
We proudly completed a 100,000 sq ft warehouse for Pentagon Food Group Pakistan. The facility boasts a 90,000-unit storage capacity and 6 loading bays, designed to meet Pentagon Foods requirements to serve Pakistan’s Food Service market. This collaboration showcases 7 Tides Estate’s expertise in delivering high-quality, functional commercial spaces that empower client growth.
